A 1500ha private land native block with a healthy deer population. Access is completely exclusive to the hunting party and the land will not be hunted at any other times throughout the roar (apart form the available dates). We have very limited dates available to prevent hunting pressure.
Roar Access runs from the 11th March to the 30th April 2024/2025

Luxury Private Lake Side Accommodation
Exclusive Access to 1500ha Private Hunting Land plus possible access for up to another 8000ha.
Two meat animals plus unlimited number of small game including, Chukka, Pigs, Wallabies, Ducks, Chukar, Hares, Rabbits, Possum, Quail & Canadian Geese.
Private Access to 18km of 4x4 track along the Orari River for fly fishing.
Options to go on horse back rides, 4x4 farm tours, BYO horse option, trail access and heaps of extras for Non Hunters.

Accommodation
The Lodge
Blue Mountain Lodge is a brand new building, designed to make the most of outdoor living. This gorgeous modern building surrounded by mature oregons and blue spruce trees looks out to Blue Mountain Lake. The Lodge has a spacious kitchen diner opening out on to the patio through two double doors. The master bedroom has a large comfy double bed with a perfect view of the lake and there is a second bedroom with a Double Long Bed and 4 person bunks that is perfect for the kids.
Two large bathrooms are accessible via the patio with two toilets and a shower in each. The Lodge sleeps a total of 8 people. The remote high country location is completely off the grid but also has all the comforts of modern day living. Power is supplied by an easy-to-use diesel generator. The Lodge is equipped with WIFI, TV, a full kitchen, fridge, freezer, beer fridge and a wood fire.
The lodge has been designed with 100% disabled access.
